My client are a large Insurance organisations looking for a UAT / Test Manager on a permanent basis
Key role requirements:
- The role will work as an individual SME looking after UAT across the whole of the UK change portfolio
- Will come in to design process, procedures and approach to how UAT is done.
- Will also act as the key POC for all change leaders when they start to devise their UAT plan on all core programmes
- No direct team but will manage groups of UAT people when needed
- Key is a good understanding of UAT
- MUST have strong business facing skills, high energy and enthusiasm.
- Insurance not needed, FS experience would be good but again not critical
- Must have worked on large scale, corporate programmes of change
- Good knowledge of UAT frameworks and structures
- Experience of talking to key business stakeholders
