One of the largest hospitality groups based here in Singapore is looking for an experienced UI/UX Designer to work on a Global Digital Product within the F&B space, spanning both B2C & B2B customers. You will get the opportunity to work with a team of 4 experienced and passionate designers to make strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core, new functions, and features.
Responsibilities of UI/UX Designer:

Communicate your design ideas and concepts into user flows through storyboards, wireframes, user journeys, create mockups, screen flows and deliver testable prototypes.

Collaborate with internal teams to gather business and feature requirements; analyze usability findings, market research, and proven UX principles to justify and prioritize these requirements

Take part in usability testing, and evaluate results for constant improvements on existing and new products to ensure an intuitive user experience

Develop and maintain design systems.

Create design elements outside of application development, including data visualizations, style guides, design specifications, and more

Ensure that you are up-to-date with the latest UI trends and patterns.

3 to 5 years of UI and UX Design experience, especially in designing complex solutions for complete digital environments

A strong portfolio that showcases user-facing web and mobile applications - entire project process, approaching problems and defining decisions, along with examples of work products and deliverables produced.

Experience in mobile-first and responsive design

Expertise in standard UX software such as Sketch and InVision.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a problem-solving mindset
