Eames is currently working closely with a large broker on the appointment of a Claims Relationships and Analysis Manager. Our client, as part of their offering, builds and supports market leading underwriting platforms (sophisticated MGA’s) with a differentiated suite of products that supply technology, data, advanced analytics and modelling.
The Claims Relationships and Analysis manager will:
- Act as an advocate in the claims arena for each of the Businesses, and will be expected to build excellence in all aspects of the delivery of claims management
- Monitor claim performance on each of the Binding Authorities, working with the Business underwriters and the data and analytics team to understand portfolio results and trends
- Ensure that Treating Customers Fairly is at the forefront of all aspects of claims handling
To be considered for this role you will need previous experience in a similar role with strong binder exposure. Personality requirements are also key with candidates needing to be robust, intelligent self-starters who can liaise credibly with CEO’s and CUO’s.
