As Underwriter, you will be joining a successful team of specialists and work alongside the practice head as well as the senior underwriter in servicing the existing portfolio as well as potentially develop other geographies.
Key responsibilities include reviewing and analysing private M&A transaction documentation, sale and purchase agreements, and due diligence reports in order to identify deal risks and issue W&I insurance coverage. Supporting the practice leader and senior underwriter throughout the underwriting process, you will also be responsible for preparing coverage and pricing proposals as well as negotiating and drafting insurance policy terms and language.
The successful candidate will possess previous experience of W&I, either as an Underwriter or Broker.
