Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the underwriting teams to perform daily underwriting tasks in accordance with regulatory requirements
  • Perform data entry of insurance information (including declined risks/ quotes/ endorsements) into in-house systems to agreed, defined standards of accuracy and timeliness, and ahere to internal closing deadlines
  • Handle clients’ requests and inquiries on insurance related matters
  • Build and maintenance of good working relationship with the internal & external stakeholders

Skills & Experience:

  • University graduate / relevant insurance qualifications
  • At least 2 years' General Insurance experience
  • PC literate in MS Word, Excel and Access
  • Proficient in written and spoken English & Cantonese
