Eames Consulting are working in partnership with a global insurer on an opportunity for an Underwriting Manager to join them in their Commercial division in Manchester.
This role involves:
- Driving the development of an exceptional team of Underwriters with varying levels of experience.
- Driving team performance, in setting and motivating towards key financial and operational targets.
- Offering creative solutions and propositions in order to drive performance and profitability.
- Identifying and offering solutions to contribute to continuous process improvements.
- Create a motivated and collaborative working culture.
- Have influence over governance, controls, policies and procedures.
It's essential you have experience in managing a successful underwriting team, or demonstrated experience in coaching and influencing success within the underwriting space.
