Job Description

Currently working with an MGA turn key solutions provider on an exciting role helping to shape their underwriting support function and manage a team of centralised Underwriting Assistants. This start-up environment offers someone the opportunity to shape underwriting processes and build out a team. The role is also offering almost 100% remote working (travel into the London or Colchester office once a month can be expensed).

An ideal candidate will have 7-10 years' experience in an underwriting operations or business support function, and previous experience managing teams.
