Currently working with a very well regarded Lloyd's Syndicate, looking to hire an Underwriting Support Team Leader, to lead, manage and coach a team of underwriting support staff, and have oversight of process improvement strategy. It is essential that this individual has proven experience motivating a team, as well as ensuring exceptional service to the business is maintained.
You will be responsible for:
· Ensuring underwriting support team tasks are completed and SLA's are met.
· Organising training and coaching for the team.
· Direct oversight of departments operations
· Driving consistency across the business.
· Providing MI reports to the operations manager.
· Instilling a culture of personal and professional development.
