One of my client is hiring for a VP, Strategic Initiatives to work closely with financial services partners to own and drive complex cross-functional special initiatives. This role will have the opportunity to work on highly visible special initiative across the industry.
As the VP (Strategic initiatives), you will be required to champion large cross-functional digital transformation projects. In charge of driving multiple workstream, this role includes planning, conducting analysis, partnering with various business units, synthesizing conclusions and making recommendations to achieve required outcome. Projects may include large transformation initiatives involving digital and span across all business vertical (Retail, Wholesale/Commercial, Private/Wealth management and Investment).
The ideal candidate must have proven experience providing consultancy services to financial services and understand in-depth operational knowledge of banking domain. With proven success in transformative projects that aligns Target Operating Models (TOM), and process change objectives.
