A balance sheet driven European bank is looking to make an addition to their well established and growing team in Hong Kong.
The team is looking for a China focused originator to cover Greater China within the Strategic Equity Solutions team.
The role:
- Developing dialog and engaging into regular meeting with Coverage and IBD client list
- Focusing on sourcing new clients in Greater China
- Sourcing new clients and potential transactions
Responsibilities:
- Initiate regular meeting with coverage and other IBD team to discuss situation and ideas
- Ensure regular communication with the Head of SET Asia who is based in HK
- Organize and coordinate with coverage regular meeting with their clients
- Participate to common pitch with other IBD teams on IBD clients and prospects
- Follow the various marketing activities through the bank tools
- Coordinate and validate clients pitches
- Coordinate and monitor internal process
- Contribute and monitor the client side during the execution phase
- Ensure the good contact and follow up on the client side for MO and CT team
