Working with one of the regional bank based in Singapore, we are looking to hire for a Technical Project Delivery Manager for Cards Technology. This role will be responsible for managing development requirement and Quarter releases while ensuring timely high quality deliverables. You will be given the autonomy to create infrastructure necessary to enable frequent and quick releases.
As the Technical Project Delivery Manager, you will be required to;
Chart out work-plans to co-delivery requirements across teams working in Agile/Kanban
Work with multiple programs and workstream partners to collate, understand and finalize functional and technical requirements
Champion Cards development capacity based on Customer journey requirements
Maintain key liaison and be the main point of escalation for Cards Technology
Define and compline responsibilities expected of vendors to meet team deliverables
Conduct RFQ/RFI, participate/influence vendor selections whilst developing mutually beneficial relationships with strategic suppliers
Manage financial planning & budgeting
As an ideal candidate, you must have a proven track record of developing and delivering to regional cards solutions. With more than 10 years of managing Cards delivery teams, you should possess a strong technical experience on CardLink / VisionPlus, mainframe and distributed platforms. You must have a good understanding in credit card industry and functions of Hardware Security Modules (HSM) or different types of keys. Additional to these, experience on managing and maintaining vendor relationships, strong customer service focus and ability to work in a regional based teams is a must.
