Longevity & Reinsurance Actuary

Our client is looking for experienced actuaries to join their longevity and reinsurance team. The role will primarily involve leading projects relating to longevity, assumption setting, and capital models. Other duties will include conducting reinsurance pricing activities, longevity research, and working with the origination team to effectively manage risk for the firm.

Successful candidates will have an understanding of capital modelling and profit testing, as well as a strong knowledge of UK Defined Benefit Pensions and reinsurance structures. They will also have experience with assumption-setting and mortality analysis. Candidates must be fully qualified actuaries with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
