I am a Managing Consultant on the claims and operations team at Eames Consulting in the UK. I specialise in recruiting mid-to-senior professionals, specifically focusing on delegated authority and outwards reinsurance. I work predominantly with Lloyd&rsquo;s Syndicates, MGAs, managing agents and insurers based in London.
My approach is to consistently provide a consultative viewpoint to both my clients and candidates. I work with my clients to find out their immediate needs and growth plans for the business and identify the top market talent. I add value to the process by providing insight on the market, including hiring trends, competitor analysis and salary benchmarking. For my candidates, it&rsquo;s about understanding their career goals, motivations and skill set and meshing them with the right role in which they can succeed.

My career in the industry started in 2017, when I joined Eames Consulting as an associate consultant. I&rsquo;ve progressed my career up to principal consultant, benefiting from the structured and transparent career paths Eames offers.
