Head of Professional Indemnity

EXCLUSIVE TO EAMES: We are working on a brilliant opportunity to head up a prestigious London Market Professional Indemnity book with an emphasis on growing and developing the existing portfolio. You will be responsible for managing the UK Professional Indemnity portfolio, devising and executing the annual portfolio strategy, which includes both regional and international expansion as well as contributing to reinsurance submissions. One of the main features of the role is to guide and develop a talented team of underwriters and grow the Professional Indemnity unit by hiring top tier talent. The successful candidate will have previous leadership experience in the London Professional Indemnity market with exposure to UK and International PI risks. A demonstrable track record of profitable growth through executing effective underwriting business plans, expanding broker networks and building strong market relationships is essential.
