I am an Partner &amp; Associate Director on the actuarial team, specialising in recruiting mid-to-senior talent within the Lloyd&rsquo;s, London Market and personal lines space, including part-qualified roles up to head of departments.
I was attracted to the actuarial market in 2017 due to it being a niche and specialised market. This has allowed me to build out an established network and be able to understand my client&rsquo;s and candidate's needs, ask the right questions and deliver on both sides.
Not every candidate conversation has to be about being put forward for roles, I can add value by giving candidates the opportunity to know more about salaries, in-demand skills, and also current trends such as flexibility in working arrangements.

Our client is looking to hire a Qualified Actuary (or someone who has stopped the exams) to join their capital modelling division. This is a unique opportunity as the hiring manager is keen to speak to those from reserving and pricing as well - typically at this level hiring managers look for capital modelling as a pre-requisite.
