Job Description

A leading asset management business is looking for a Head of Compliance monitoring to join up on a contractor basis. The business is going through a significant period of change driven from the top down and they are looking to overhaul their compliance and risk function. This role is a team lead role where you would come in and manage teams focused on thematic monitoring and targeted distribution. You would be responsible for reviewing and streamlining the existing processes and designing and implementing new initiatives to improve performance in the compliance monitoring space.

We are looking for a senior contractor with a number of years of experience with compliance monitoring. To be a good fit for this contract you should have experience with most of the following:

• Financial services experience
• Compliance monitoring
• Experience leading a 2^nd line function
• Reg knowledge SYSC, SIP and Cobs

This is a 6 month contract with a day rate on offer around £800 per day (Inside IR35), there is hybrid work required based out of London and South West England some travel is expected with the contract. If this role sounds of interest please apply with an up to date copy of your CV.
