I am an Partner &amp; Associate Director on the actuarial team, specialising in recruiting mid-to-senior talent within the Lloyd&rsquo;s, London Market and personal lines space, including part-qualified roles up to head of departments.
I was attracted to the actuarial market in 2017 due to it being a niche and specialised market. This has allowed me to build out an established network and be able to understand my client&rsquo;s and candidate's needs, ask the right questions and deliver on both sides.
Not every candidate conversation has to be about being put forward for roles, I can add value by giving candidates the opportunity to know more about salaries, in-demand skills, and also current trends such as flexibility in working arrangements.
​I ensure my service is reliable and transparent. I work with my clients with a solutions-orientated approach which is valuable for the team and the business. For my candidates, I'm able to guide them through the processes and provide clear communication ensuring they have the best opportunities.

A reputable re(insurer) is looking to hire a Part Qualified Actuary to join their team in London. This is an excellent opportunity to get involved in a variety of lines of business written by the company, providing good exposure and learning possibilities.In this role you will be involved in quarterly reserving activities and also SII TPs. You will be working alongside senior reserving actuaries and you will collaborate with a number of different teams such as pricing and capital. They are keen to speak to those who are making good progress in the actuarial exams and who have a strong academic background.
