Key Responsibility:
- Lead and deliver complex process reengineering projects across multiple operations functions
- Develop and deploy Lean Six Sigma frameworks, tools, and methodologies to embed continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Identify process inefficiencies and improvement opportunities in collaboration with business and technology stakeholders.
- Facilitate process discovery workshops, value stream mapping, and root cause analyses to define target state designs.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to simplify, digitize, and automate processes, balancing efficiency with risk and compliance standards.
- Build and maintain a structured project pipeline with measurable business impact and ROI.
- Mentor and coach Lean Six Sigma practitioners and foster a culture of problem-solving and continuous improvement.
- Track and report on operational performance, process outcomes, and cost efficiency initiatives.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior management on process governance, operational strategy, and transformation priorities.
As an ideal candidate, you must have:
- At least 10+ years of experience in process improvement, reengineering, or operations transformation, ideally within banking or financial services.
- Lean Six Sigma certification (Black Belt preferred) with proven success leading large-scale process initiatives.
- Strong execution orientation-thrives in hands-on roles that drive measurable impact.
- Skilled change leader who can engage stakeholders across different functions and seniority levels.
- Strategic thinker with a disciplined approach to delivery, governance, and stakeholder management.
