Process Reengineering Lead

Key Responsibility:

• Lead and deliver complex process reengineering projects across multiple operations functions
• Develop and deploy Lean Six Sigma frameworks, tools, and methodologies to embed continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Identify process inefficiencies and improvement opportunities in collaboration with business and technology stakeholders.
• Facilitate process discovery workshops, value stream mapping, and root cause analyses to define target state designs.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to simplify, digitize, and automate processes, balancing efficiency with risk and compliance standards.
• Build and maintain a structured project pipeline with measurable business impact and ROI.
• Mentor and coach Lean Six Sigma practitioners and foster a culture of problem-solving and continuous improvement.
• Track and report on operational performance, process outcomes, and cost efficiency initiatives.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior management on process governance, operational strategy, and transformation priorities.

As an ideal candidate, you must have:

• At least 10+ years of experience in process improvement, reengineering, or operations transformation, ideally within banking or financial services.
• Lean Six Sigma certification (Black Belt preferred) with proven success leading large-scale process initiatives.
• Strong execution orientation-thrives in hands-on roles that drive measurable impact.
• Skilled change leader who can engage stakeholders across different functions and seniority levels.
• Strategic thinker with a disciplined approach to delivery, governance, and stakeholder management.
