A leading UK insurer is seeking a Senior Underwriter across Engineering, Construction and Renewable Energy to join their Manchester team. What you'll do:

• Build and strengthen broker and customer relationships, winning and retaining profitable business.

• Lead underwriting decisions, shape strategy, and act as a key technical authority within the team.

• Coach and support colleagues while managing a multimillion-pound regional P&L.

What you'll bring:

• Strong underwriting expertise in Engineering, Construction and/or Renewable Energy, with a proven trading track record.

• Excellent negotiation, business development and stakeholder engagement skills.

• Ability to operate within a regulated environment and continuously improve underwriting processes.
