Life & Medical Claims (Manager / Senior Manager)

​Job Duties:

• Perform claims assessment on life and medical cases, ensure timely and accurate claim settlements

• Handle complaint and appeal cases for smooth resolution

• Develop and implement strategies to improve claims processing efficiency and customer experience

• Review and update claims guidelines and manuals to ensure work delivered meets regulatory requirements and internal policies

• Collaborate with other departments to resolve claims-related issues

• Perform and participate in projects, not limited to new product launch, system enhancement, claims processing, digitalization etc.

 

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder with 4+ years of working experience in the claims industry

• Possess experience in people management / coaching

• Strong analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking skills

• Able to handle complex and sensitive cases with professionalism

• Professional certifications such as IIQE, LOMA would be a plus

• Strong communication in English and Chinese is a must
