Our client is a well-established organisation and is looking for someone to join their team due to expansion of business.
You would be responsible for:
- Support the administration and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform, including user management, configuration, patching, and troubleshooting.
- Work with team members to implement and customize various ServiceNow modules.
- Engage in the development and testing of new functionalities to ensure they meet business needs and best practices.
- Address ServiceNow-related issues, escalating more complex problems as needed.
- Help create and maintain documentation, such as user guides and technical specifications.
- Keep abreast of ServiceNow releases and features, assisting with the evaluation and integration of new capabilities.
- Support the automation of IT processes through the development and implementation of ServiceNow scripts and workflows.
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
- 2 to 5 years of experience in a support role for ServiceNow or similar platforms
- Hands-on expertise in automation/scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, PowerShell) is beneficial.
- Familiarity with ITIL practices or certifications is a plus.
- Experience in ServiceNow administration or relevant certifications is advantageous.
