Our client is a well-established organisation and is looking for someone to join their team due to expansion of business.

 

You would be responsible for:

  • Support the administration and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform, including user management, configuration, patching, and troubleshooting.
  • Work with team members to implement and customize various ServiceNow modules.
  • Engage in the development and testing of new functionalities to ensure they meet business needs and best practices.
  • Address ServiceNow-related issues, escalating more complex problems as needed.
  • Help create and maintain documentation, such as user guides and technical specifications.
  • Keep abreast of ServiceNow releases and features, assisting with the evaluation and integration of new capabilities.
  • Support the automation of IT processes through the development and implementation of ServiceNow scripts and workflows.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in a support role for ServiceNow or similar platforms
  • Hands-on expertise in automation/scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, PowerShell) is beneficial.
  • Familiarity with ITIL practices or certifications is a plus.
  • Experience in ServiceNow administration or relevant certifications is advantageous.
