VP, Cyber Security Risk

Are you an experienced Cyber Security governance, risk and compliance professional with extensive financial industry experience? If so, you could be the VP, Cyber Security Risk that our client, a financial institution, is looking for! As VP, Cyber Security Risk, you will be responsible for:

• Working closely with technology and business stakeholders to ensure compliance with the organisation’s cyber security and technology risk policies and processes
• Performing security risk assessments to identify gaps and vulnerabilities, and working closely with stakeholders to remediate the issues
• Contributing to the development of the organisation’s cyber security and technology risk management policies and processes
• Performing third party security reviews
• Providing internal security advisory to business stakeholders to ensure that the businesses that they undertake does not put the organisation at risk from a technology and cyber security standpoint

Requirements

• More than 8 years of relevant experience in cyber security governance, risk and compliance roles
• Experience working in financial institutions would be preferred
• Familiarity with MAS TRM, NIST or ISO27001 is a must-have
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
