I am a senior consultant, specialising in change management across the London insurance market. I work with mid-senior level candidates ranging from project and programme management to PMO, business analysis, product owners, and scrum masters.
I love the complexity of the insurance and finance services industry, especially where change is concerned. Whether it’s preparing for regulatory changes, technology and digital transformation, or strategic and operational improvements. Understanding how investment into change positively impacts different parts of the business and overall efficiency drives my work.

I joined Eames Consulting in 2021 after spending a year working for ECMS learning about the change management industry and insurance clients. I love recruitment because of the pace and collaborative nature, and I find fulfillment in building strong relationships with the community I work with.
