I am an associate consultant on the claims and operations team, recruiting mid to senior-level professionals in insurance. 

Understanding both my clients’ and candidates’ needs is crucial to identifying the organisations where my candidates can progress their careers and partnering with my clients to support their longer-term company vision. 

I enjoy working in the recruitment industry as I like the idea of being a part of a meritocratic environment where I get the opportunity to work and learn from motivated and driven people to succeed. I also love that I get to meet with professionals at the top of their field and equally with people just starting out in their careers. 

Being able to impact people’s lives by connecting them with the best opportunity for them while improving and assisting with a client’s business is an element of recruitment that appeals to me.
