What’s your role with Eames Consulting?

I’m the UK CEO of Eames Group, responsible for the Eames Consulting and ECMS businesses in the UK. With over 20 years’ experience in the industry, I’m a highly experienced staffing and managed services leader who understands the demands of building and scaling businesses from the ground up, with a focus on delivering excellence.

What Eames value resonates the most with you and why?

Ingrained drive. As a leader, I believe one of the most important qualities your people need is drive. How do you know if someone’s driven? Sometimes, it’s instinctive.

A person’s drive is reflected in their energy, the way they conduct themselves, the way they strive to succeed. It's not just about being a subject matter expert – it's about improving all the time. You can increase someone’s level of motivation, but drive is innate to the individual. If you want to ensure your team has the tools it needs, you need people who have that drive.

What’s been the biggest achievement in your career to date?

Being CEO of this business is a real privilege. It’s a huge achievement to get into this business and being with brilliant people who see opportunity is what drives me, excites me and motivates me. I’m really excited about our future growth and what’s to come for the group as we continue to build our UK business and add to our already high-performing team.
