As Partner & Executive Director at Eames Consulting, I lead our Specialist Disciplines (spanning Actuarial, Catastrophe Risk, Broking & Underwriting and Claims & Operations) and Change & Transformation practices, supporting clients and candidates across the insurance market.
My role is focused on building high-performing specialist teams and strengthening our market proposition, ensuring our consultants are deeply embedded in their markets and equipped to advise with genuine subject-matter expertise, credibility, and confidence.
I work closely with our leadership teams to shape how we engage the market, develop talent internally, and continue to raise standards across delivery, candidate experience, and client outcomes. Building teams that are trusted by the market and respected for their expertise is core to how I define success.
