I am a Senior Principal Consultant at Eames Consulting in the UK, recruiting mid-to-senior professionals across broking and underwriting with a specific focus on Property, Casualty, Marine and Energy. I support multinational brokers and insurers across London.
Beginning my career in 2002 I have developed and retained an established network of talent across multiple classes of business. I provide market knowledge as a subject matter expert and seek to keep up with changes within the industry.
I take an honest and transparent approach to ensure expectations are met and results are provided. As a division, we were born out of a search methodology and therefore “passive talent” has been something we have always sought out.
I think the recruitment “value chain” is built on trust with the candidate and the client. It is the trust element that underpins everything we do, and it’s how I strive to work with both my clients and candidates.
What Eames value resonates with you the most and why?
Agile & adaptive. The last two years during Covid have been the most challenging and exciting times to recruit in. If you were successful during those times, then you should be able to cope with anything that is thrown at you in future.
