I began my recruitment career in 2021 after completing a Master’s degree in Geography at Swansea University. I specialise in recruiting across Governance, Risk and Compliance, partnering with Insurance and Life & Pensions firms to attract and secure top talent in a highly regulated and constantly evolving environment.
I’m particularly passionate about the ever-changing regulatory landscape and the critical role strong GRC functions play in protecting customers, strengthening governance, and enabling sustainable growth. By staying close to regulatory developments and market trends, I’m able to provide informed, practical insight to both clients and candidates.
My approach is relationship-led and consultative. I take the time to understand each organisation’s challenges, culture, and long-term objectives, ensuring every hire delivers lasting value.
Outside of work, I’m a keen footballer and an all-round sports fan. I’m always happy to connect with firms strengthening their GRC capability, or professionals exploring their next move within risk, compliance, or governance.
