Working across Eames Group’s suite of talent brands, I help ECMS associates find project-based engagements and Eames Consulting’s candidates find new contract or permanent roles via our South Africa team.
I enjoy fixing things and building things, and this role offers me the chance to do so in many different ways. Being physically able to see what we’ve delivered at the end of an engagement, whether it’s a new business system or a business change programme, is really fulfilling, as is understanding the positive impact we can have both on individuals and organisations.
Being an Opportunity Maker is about giving people access to exciting projects and programmes of work. From an associate perspective, we can help to position them in a meaningful way and link them to clients whom they wouldn’t otherwise have access to, which hopefully leads to success for both parties.
