​I started my journey in my recruitment career in August 2021, driven by a passion for providing career advice and the opportunity to communicate and learn from industry experts. Specialising in corporate governance functions—specifically audit, risk, and compliance—I primarily work with clients in the insurance (Life, General Insurance, InsurTech) and financial services (Insurance, Asset Management, Banking) sectors. I support candidates ranging from assistant manager to department head level, focusing mainly on senior managers and above.

In my role as a consultant, I connect candidates with suitable positions by arranging calls, conducting interviews, and managing the entire offer and onboarding process. I also engage in market mapping and extensive networking to maintain a robust pool of potential candidates. By thoroughly understanding the expectations and personalities of both candidates and clients, I ensure mutually beneficial connections that foster growth and success for both parties.

To me, I add value to my market by staying ahead of the frequent changes in regulations and trends within control functions. With the evolving expectations from the Hong Kong Insurance Authority (HKIA), I ask insightful questions that inspire innovative approaches to enhancing governance functions.
