Sarah Roebuck is Eames' global head of marketing and has 10+ years' experience in marketing roles in the recruitment and search space, spanning multiple geographies, sectors and disciplines.
Having established the marketing function at Eames in 2014, Sarah currently leads on global brand strategy for the contingent business, Eames Consulting, the executive search arm, Eames Partnership and the consulting practice, ECMS, supporting operations across our five offices in the UK and Asia.
As group head of marketing you’ll find her juggling all things content marketing, namely our weekly newsletter which has some of the highest readership in the insurance sector; all digital activity and driving engagement on social media – predominantly LinkedIn where we tripled our followers in 2 short years.
Sarah supports our sales teams at networking events, conferences and exhibitions and hosts some of our own roundtables and seminars. She also manage all of our internal communications, advertising, job boards and PR activity. She also takes charge on our internal events too and organises all our company socials including the infamous Christmas party, as well as our quarterly High Achievers Clubs.

Highlight of her career to date? Being invited on the wildcard spot for our global top billers trip to Monaco and scooping the Best Banking & Financial Services Recruitment Agency to Work For prize at the 2017 Investing in Talent Awards.
