I am an Partner &amp; Director on the actuarial team, specialising in recruiting mid-to-senior talent within the Lloyd&rsquo;s, London Market and personal lines space, including part-qualified roles up to head of departments.
I was attracted to the actuarial market in 2017 due to it being a niche and specialised market. This has allowed me to build out an established network and be able to understand my client&rsquo;s and candidate's needs, ask the right questions and deliver on both sides.
Not every candidate conversation has to be about being put forward for roles, I can add value by giving candidates the opportunity to know more about salaries, in-demand skills, and also current trends such as flexibility in working arrangements.
​I ensure my service is reliable and transparent. I work with my clients with a solutions-orientated approach which is valuable for the team and the business. For my candidates, I'm able to guide them through the processes and provide clear communication ensuring they have the best opportunities.
Securing repeat business is something I always strive for. One of my proudest achievements is being an exclusive actuarial supplier and market adviser to one of my clients for their next recruitment drive. I pride myself on being able to deliver results.

A Lloyd's/London Market Insurer is looking to hire a Nearly or Newly Qualified Actuary to join their Risk and Capital team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading multinational insurer and to get involved in model use responsibilities.In this opportunity you will be creatively exploring model use for advanced risk management processes. You will be involved in deep-dive reviews, developing the stress and scenario framework, optimising the ERM process and supporting model validation alongside other responsibilities.The team do 3 days per week in the office.They are looking to speak to individuals who have knowledge of capital/risk processes, and who have strong analytical skills.
