Key Responsibilities

Collaborative Engagement: Work closely with the Asia Pacific ex-Japan sales teams, client services teams, investment specialists, and the RFP content management team across the global organization.

Developing Product Knowledge: Build and continuously enhance your understanding of key products and mandates, with a focus on private credit and multi asset solutions.

Project Management: Organize, oversee, and project manage the entire RFP completion process, including liaising with investment product teams and sales relationship teams to capture client requirements and allocate tasks effectively.

Content Crafting & Customization: Create high-quality, tailored proposals by using the RFP database to source standard responses, developing new content, and customizing material to suit each proposal's specific requirements.

Tracking & Monitoring: Monitor the RFP pipeline to ensure all work in progress meets client and internal deadlines, maintaining a seamless process.

Process Improvement: Contribute proactively to refining the RFP team's processes and systems to enhance efficiency and the overall quality of responses.

Key Requirements

Relevant Experience:

  • Preferred background in an asset management firm.
  • Experience in writing RFPs is a bonus, though not mandatory-experience in sales support, marketing, or product development is also welcomed.

Communication & Interpersonal Skills:

  • Strong oral and written communication skills are essential, with fluency in English.

Project & Time Management:

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining strong attention to detail and meeting strict deadlines.

Team Orientation & Accountability:

  • A collaborative team player who exhibits accountability and takes ownership of tasks.

Proactive Learning & Adaptability:

  • A proactive approach to learning with a willingness to continuously develop new skills and knowledge, and the ability to adapt to a wide range of tasks as needed.

Analytical Capabilities:

  • Strong numeracy skills, with the ability to interpret and utilize statistical data effectively within proposals.
