I am an Partner &amp; Director on the actuarial team, specialising in recruiting mid-to-senior talent within the Lloyd&rsquo;s, London Market and personal lines space, including part-qualified roles up to head of departments.
I was attracted to the actuarial market in 2017 due to it being a niche and specialised market. This has allowed me to build out an established network and be able to understand my client&rsquo;s and candidate's needs, ask the right questions and deliver on both sides.
Not every candidate conversation has to be about being put forward for roles, I can add value by giving candidates the opportunity to know more about salaries, in-demand skills, and also current trends such as flexibility in working arrangements.
​I ensure my service is reliable and transparent. I work with my clients with a solutions-orientated approach which is valuable for the team and the business. For my candidates, I'm able to guide them through the processes and provide clear communication ensuring they have the best opportunities.

A specialty insurer is looking to hire a Head of Reserving and Capital in a newly created team. This role will form part of the UK leadership team, and is high profile in the business.You will have 1 direct report.You will be assisting the UK Chief Actuary across reserving and capital, which includes risk management frameworks aligned with regulatory requirements, overseeing the reserving process, and reviewing the underwriting and pricing strategies. You will be working with numerous stakeholders across the business. They are looking to speak to an individual who has over 8 years' of experience in reserving and/or risk management.
