VP/Director Audit Credit Risk - Large Corporates

Our client is a large International Bank with a strong Corporate Banking and Investment Banking presence in Asia and in particular in Singapore. They are developing their corporate banking portfolio and hence strengthening their audit credit risk team.

Reporting to the head of Credit Risk Audit, the key responsibilities will be to head up audit across APAC focused on large corporates verticals.

• To lead audit assignments and timely audit assurance for the Bank's credit risk management framework and related controls
• Perform risk-based audits in accordance with credit risk audit methodology and professional standards, including drafting of audit reports, presenting issues to the business, and discussing practical solutions
• Monitor the risk environment and assess the emerging risks through the Business Monitoring process

Key Requirements

• Strong credit risk analysis experience with large corporates across APAC
• Audit credit risk experience is ideal, but the role is also opened to credit risk professional looking to change their career withing audit
• Track record of stakeholder management at risk committee or audit committee level
• Strong project management and excellent communication skills
• 30 % travelling in the region required
