Cyber Security Manager

Are you a seasoned Cyber Security professional with strong technical expertise in engineering and ops, and has experience leading a small team of cyber security professionals? If so, you could be the Cyber Security Manager our client, a financial institution, is looking for. As Cyber Security Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Architecting, designing, implementing and managing the organisation's security infrastructure
• Developing a cyber security roadmap for the bank
• Leading a team of cyber security engineers across application, infrastructure and cloud security domains
• Staying abreast of emerging security threats and technologies, and incorporating them into the cyber security roadmap
• Conducting security assessments to identify vulnerabilities and recommending remedial actions
• Supporting regulatory audits as the most senior cyber security professional in the organisation

Requirements

• More than 8 years of experience in cyber security, with technical expertise in engineering and operations across application, infrastructure and cloud security
• Experience leading a small team of cyber security professionals in a regulated environment
• Candidates without financial industry experience will not be considered
• Ability to remain hands on in the role, and stepping up to shape the architecture and cyber strategy of the organisation as required
• As there are Mandarin-speaking stakeholders based overseas that the Cyber Security Manager needs to interact with on a daily basis, applicants must be able to hold written and spoken conversations in Mandarin
