Commercial Development Associate

New Role: Commercial Development Associate - Insurance Platform

We're working exclusively with a growing insurance platform that's reshaping how commercial and specialty insurance is traded.

They're looking for a Commercial Development Associate to join a high-performing team, working closely with brokers, underwriters, and internal stakeholders to support growth, client engagement, and strategic execution.

This is a varied, commercial role where you'll:

• Help manage relationships with market participants
• Support onboarding and product delivery
• Analyse platform usage and contribute to commercial insight and reporting
• Assist with go-to-market strategy and internal projects

A 2:1 or above from a university (or equivalent academic background) is preferred, and the role would suit someone with experience in a client-facing or analytical role within insurance, finance, or a similar fast-paced environment.
