The Role

We are seeking a visionary Senior Director of Sales to lead sales strategy and execution within the financial services and investment management sectors. This role demands deep industry knowledge, exceptional sales acumen, and proven success in driving revenue growth and market expansion.

What You'll Do

• Develop and implement a sales strategy aligned with business goals in financial services and investment management.
• Actively "Hunt" for net-new business logos within the BFSI industry.
• Build and nurture relationships with CXO-level stakeholders and senior management.
• Lead go-to-market efforts for new AI products, driving early adoption and revenue growth.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and regulatory changes to position solutions effectively.
• Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and engineering teams to align sales and product strategies.
• Establish clear KPIs and regularly report on sales performance.
• Represent the company at industry events to boost brand visibility.

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years of progressive sales leadership, including 5+ years in senior roles within financial services or investment management.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Experience launching new products from concept to market success.
• Deep understanding of financial products, investment strategies, asset management, risk management, and regulatory environments.
• Strong team leadership and development skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
