Assistant Manager, Finance (Power BI)

Job Descriptions:

• Be a resource for various departments by providing reports and analysis
• Help prepare the MR package and upload it to the central system
• Share corporate and broker information, ensuring alignment with the MR
• Create daily production dashboards and track performance
• Prepare a quarterly MR document to gather feedback other internal sub-teams
• Track expenses for each business unit and ensure approvals are in place
• Provide monthly reports to compare expenses with the budget
• Monitor the headcount list in collaboration with Finance and HR
• Create, maintain Power BI dashboards and improve processes and systems

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, insurance, or related field.
• CPA or similar qualification preferred with at least 4.5 years of experience; insurance experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerBI.
• Able to transform large scale data sets and multi-task.
• Comfortable working independently.
