Claims Technician

Eames is partnering with leading specialist insurer who are searching for a Claims Technician to join their claims team in Munich. This is an entry-level position and will be responsible for supporting the claims team through the proactive handling of a mixed caseload of lower complexity claims. This individual will get the opportunity to work closely with the Claims Product Specialist to develop their claims management skills.

Responsibilities:

· Manage a caseload of claims up to 100,000USD, with supervision from management. Responsible for assessing and handling claims from notification to resolution.

· Develop a comprehensive understanding of industry regulations and compliance standards

· Support the adherence to standardised processes in claims management

Required Experience:

· Must be educated to degree-level, with a preference towards degrees in Law and Economics

· 1+ years of experience in the legal or insurance industry
