Join us as an Cyber Risk Manager (AI Security) to bridge the gap between advanced AI development and robust security practices. You'll partner directly with our AI teams, embedding security proactively throughout the entire AI lifecycle and acting as a vital expert who understands the complexities of AI.
What You'll Do:
- Embed Security: Integrate security best practices into the design, development, and deployment of our AI models and systems.
- Assess AI Risks: Conduct in-depth security risk assessments, focusing on AI-specific vulnerabilities like adversarial attacks, data privacy, bias, and secure MLOps.
- Design & Implement Controls: Recommend and help implement technical security controls tailored for AI systems (e.g., secure model architectures, data anonymization).
- Threat Modeling: Lead threat modeling for AI/ML systems, identifying potential attack vectors early.
- Educate & Innovate: Act as a subject matter expert, training AI engineers on security best practices and staying ahead of emerging AI threats.
What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field (CS, AI, ML, Cybersecurity).
- 8+ years as an AI/ML Engineer or Data Scientist, with a strong understanding of the end-to-end AI/ML lifecycle.
- Deep technical understanding of ML algorithms, deep learning, and statistical models.
- Proficiency in Python and AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Demonstrable understanding of common AI/ML security vulnerabilities and attack vectors.
- Familiarity with MLOps principles and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, able to translate complex technical concepts into actionable security.
