Unix Infrastructure Lead (APAC) - HK based

We're partnering with a leading financial institution that's looking to bring on an experienced Unix Engineering Lead to drive their regional infrastructure function. This role sits within a high-performing team responsible for Unix, Storage, Database, and Middleware operations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and enhance Unix/Linux environments (Red Hat focus)
• Automate systems using Ansible Tower
• Administer lifecycle and provisioning with Red Hat Satellite
• Oversee authentication via Red Hat Identity Management (IdM)
• Lead patching, upgrades, and EOL planning
• Work closely with cross-regional teams on operational excellence

Requirements:

• 7-10 years of hands-on experience with Red Hat-based systems
• Strong in automation, patching, and troubleshooting
• Exposure to Ansible Tower, Satellite, IdM
• Excellent communicator who thrives in collaborative environments
• RHCE/RHCA or ITIL certified.
