I joined Eames in 2017 to focus mid-senior level roles in cyber security, risk, IT infrastructure recruitment across the financial services and technology sector in Southeast Asia. I am responsible for end-to-end recruitment, handling both clients and candidates.

I do this by staying closely in touch with both candidates and clients as well as staying abreast of the latest technologies in the space. How do you ensure your service is best in class? I am never transactional, and I will stay in touch even after I have hired for a client, or placed a candidate in a role. I also always remain honest &ndash; if I feel the candidate may be better off not taking a role, and instead go somewhere else because of his career aspirations or personal circumstances, I am not afraid to let the candidate know.
