About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Strategic PMO Analyst to join a regional technology and digital transformation team. This role is responsible for overseeing project financials, ensuring compliance, and supporting the successful delivery of initiatives across Hong Kong and Macau. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to monitor project progress, manage resources, and generate insightful reports for senior stakeholders.

About the Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in project management or a related field
• Minimum 4 years of experience in a PMO or similar role
• Strong proficiency in Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP), Power BI, Tableau
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, or ServiceNow
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies
• Excellent analytical, communication, and coordination skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
