VP Credit Risk - Private Credit ( newly created team)

Our client is a large International Bank with their South-East Asia headquarters in Singapore. They are creating a new team in Private Credit and looking for a season credit risk professional to join the team - Credit Approver role- in their second line of defence.

Key Responsibilities

• To independently review and assess various types of credit applications, including private credit business
• To conduct in depth credit portfolio and proactively manage credit exposures in line with the credit risk policy and framework
• Manage senior stakeholders and discuss the pipeline and flow of deals with the front office

Key requirements

• Experience in corporate finance, financial analysis, credit risk management in an Investment Bank
• 7-10 years' experience in credit analysis / credit approval department in banking in structured finance/LBO space. Ideally experience in Private Credit
• Strong credit analysis and due diligence skills, and able to prepare clear and concise credit recommendations.
