Hiring for a Senior Algo Developer based in Hong Kong for a reputable financial institution.

The Algo Developer key responsibilities includes;

• Lead the development of market making strategies in Hong Kong and Asian markets while collaborating closely with traders, quants and tech teams to build robust high performance system
• Engineer and optimise low-latency, high-throughput trading platforms
• Drive projects through full software development cycle and troubleshoot production issues
• Participate in strategy research, calibration and live risk management while supporting traders in dynamic quoting, hedging and inventory management
• Champion best practices in agile software development high-quality code base

As the ideal candidate, you must have a minimum 4 years of algo trading experience and demonstrate expertise in C++, high-volume/low-latency trading systems, multi threaded design and performance engineering. Deep familiarity with financial protocols, market data feeds, FIX API and end-to-end trading workflow is a must.
