BPA Transitions Manager

We're working with a growing BPA provider looking to hire a Transition Manager to lead schemes from buy-in through to buy-out.

You'll take ownership of end-to-end transitions, working closely with trustees, EBCs, and administrators to ensure smooth delivery and strong client outcomes.

Ideal background:

• Strong knowledge of UK DB pensions and the BPA market

• Proven experience in BPA transitions and stakeholder management

• Solid project management skills

• Adaptable, proactive mindset
