Compliance Business Partner

Eames Consulting are supporting a Global Insurance and Re-insurance Broker to appoint a Compliance Business Partner. This role will support the Compliance Business Manager in ensuring that the business is adhering to legal and regulatory requirements to provide good client outcomes.

Deliverables:

• Identify key areas of concern highlighted by the file audits and ensure appropriate action and training needs are communicated to individuals and Management. Assist in delivering training as needed.
• Assist with handling of complaints received by the business in accordance with regulatory, internal and insurer requirements.
• Support the Compliance Business Manager with work related to Product Governance and the wider Consumer Duty requirements, supporting the business through the process.
• Identifying, reporting and escalation of regulatory breaches, loss events and systemic issues ensuring suitable remedial and preventive actions are implemented.
• Maintain and update key compliance logs and registers, including Complaints, Product Registers, and Gifts & Entertainment logs.

Experience:

• At least 2 years working in a similar role at either a broker or insurer.
• Good knowledge of FCA Rules and Regulations.
