Exclusive Mandate - Investment Operations Manager

Our client is a VC specialised in Life Science investments across APAC, Europe and US.

As Investment Operations Manager, you'll play a key role in managing the operational aspects of their debt and equity investments. Youwill work closely with internal teams, borrowers, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution and monitoring of financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with credit structuring teams to ensure operational readiness of loan agreements.
• Manage fund disbursements, repayments, rate resets, and covenant testing.
• Maintain and file loan documentation (e.g., agreements, financials, warrants).
• Ensure accurate recording of loan terms and transactions.
• Serve as the primary contact for borrowers, facility agents, and vendors.
• Support implementation and optimization of loan management systems.
• Drive continuous process improvements and resolve operational issues
• Monitor and file equity-related documentation (e.g., Conditions Precedent, Budgets).
• Ensure accurate recording of equity and warrant investments.

Key skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience in investment operations in a small set up
• Prior experience in loan or fixed income operations is a strong advantage.
• Familiarity with loan management software.
• Self-driven, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
