We are seeking an experienced professional to support and drive strategic technology initiatives across the Asia-Pacific region. The role involves program and project management, ensuring alignment of resources, stakeholders, and deliverable to achieve organisational objectives. This position requires someone who can operate effectively in a complex, fast-paced environment, while fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee comprehensive work plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and communication frameworks for large-scale IT or business transformation initiatives.
- Contribute expertise across areas such as workforce planning, talent development, employee engagement, and project/program management.
- Manage cross-functional programs, ensuring activities, dependencies, and vendor engagements are coordinated and aligned to strategic goals.
- Track and report program progress, conducting regular reviews and providing updates to senior leadership.
- Monitor performance metrics (KPIs), identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions where needed.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships, providing consistent communication and managing expectations effectively.
- Support collaboration between diverse teams to drive effective communication and execution.
- Identify process inefficiencies and introduce improvements that enhance overall effectiveness and efficiency.
- Approach challenges with analytical thinking, creativity, and resourcefulness.
- Take on additional responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications & Experience
- At least 7 years of professional experience within financial services, banking, or a technology-driven organisation, ideally with exposure to large-scale regional initiatives.
- Adept at providing business management support for technology functions in a cross-border environment.
- Strong track record in strategy execution, planning, coordination, and program governance.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex programs with multiple stakeholders and workstreams.
- Comfortable operating in a dynamic technical and business environment, balancing multiple priorities while maintaining high-quality outcomes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, with strong presentation and reporting skills.
- Strong analytical mindset, with attention to detail and problem-solving capability.
