We are seeking an experienced professional to support and drive strategic technology initiatives across the Asia-Pacific region. The role involves program and project management, ensuring alignment of resources, stakeholders, and deliverable to achieve organisational objectives. This position requires someone who can operate effectively in a complex, fast-paced environment, while fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and oversee comprehensive work plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and communication frameworks for large-scale IT or business transformation initiatives.
  • Contribute expertise across areas such as workforce planning, talent development, employee engagement, and project/program management.
  • Manage cross-functional programs, ensuring activities, dependencies, and vendor engagements are coordinated and aligned to strategic goals.
  • Track and report program progress, conducting regular reviews and providing updates to senior leadership.
  • Monitor performance metrics (KPIs), identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions where needed.
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships, providing consistent communication and managing expectations effectively.
  • Support collaboration between diverse teams to drive effective communication and execution.
  • Identify process inefficiencies and introduce improvements that enhance overall effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Approach challenges with analytical thinking, creativity, and resourcefulness.
  • Take on additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications & Experience

  • At least 7 years of professional experience within financial services, banking, or a technology-driven organisation, ideally with exposure to large-scale regional initiatives.
  • Adept at providing business management support for technology functions in a cross-border environment.
  • Strong track record in strategy execution, planning, coordination, and program governance.
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex programs with multiple stakeholders and workstreams.
  • Comfortable operating in a dynamic technical and business environment, balancing multiple priorities while maintaining high-quality outcomes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, with strong presentation and reporting skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset, with attention to detail and problem-solving capability.
